Hardware: Pearl 855 cymbal stands, DW 9000 Series double pedal and hi-hat stand, DW throne. I have the double pedal auxiliary pedal positioned to the left of the hi-hat pedal because I like the hi-hat close to the snare.

Heads: Remo Clear Ambassador batters and resonants. Coated Ambassador snare batter, Ambassador Snare snare resonant. Remo Powerstroke 3 kick resonant and batter.

Electronic kit: Roland HD-1

Sticks: Vic Firth Jojo Mayer Signature Model

Mics: Sennheiser e604s on toms. Shure SM57 on snare. Audio Technica ATM25 on kick. Shure SM94 on hi-hat. AKG C1000S overheads.

Recording/effects you hear on the podcast: I record the kit using an eight-channel Alesis IO26 Firewire interface and Sonar 8. Within Sonar, I apply EQ and various effects, including reverb and compression.
